By making a reservation with Dream Ride Limo, you acknowledge and expressly agree to our policies, terms, and conditions. You further authorize Dream Ride Limo to charge your credit card in full or in part for your reservation, including but not limited to charges for the reservation itself and any time the driver was on-site waiting for you in the event of a “no-show” or late cancellation. Service is considered rendered whether or not you enter the vehicle once the cancellation period has elapsed.

You also agree to all additional fees detailed on this page. All bookings must be secured with a credit card on file. Please note that all payments for services rendered are non-refundable.

Reservation Accuracy and Confirmation

At Dream Ride Limo, we strive to provide accurate and reliable reservation services. However, it is important to note that we are not responsible for any incorrect information on the reservation details provided by the customer.

Once a booking is made, the customer will receive a confirmation email containing the details they entered into our booking system. This confirmation includes the reserved vehicle class, date, time, and other relevant information.

Customer Responsibility:

Verification: It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly review the reservation confirmation upon receipt. Please check all details carefully to ensure accuracy, including the vehicle class, date, and time of service.

Errors: Any errors or discrepancies found in the reservation details should be reported to us immediately. While we make every effort to accommodate changes, corrections must be made promptly to avoid potential issues with your reservation.

Reservation Integrity: The vehicle class will be reserved according to the details provided at the time of booking. Dream Ride Limo will allocate a vehicle of the class specified in the reservation for the agreed-upon time and date.
Please ensure that all information is correct before finalizing your booking. Dream Ride Limo is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect details provided by the customer.

Making Changes to Your Reservation

If you need to request changes to your reservation, follow these steps:

Text Us: Send a text message to (902) 399-6667 with your reservation number, the name under which the booking was made, and the details of the changes you wish to make.

Confirmation of Changes: Once we process your change request, you will receive a new confirmation email reflecting the updated reservation details.

Verify Changes: If you have not received the updated confirmation email, this indicates that the changes have not yet been made. In this case, please follow up by texting (902) 719-9093 to confirm that your request is being processed.

Important Note: To ensure that your changes are accurately reflected and to avoid any potential issues, always check for the updated confirmation email. If you do not receive it or if you have any further questions, don’t hesitate to contact us via text.

Reservation and Service Policy

When you book with Dream Ride Limo, we commit to providing a dedicated vehicle and driver for your scheduled time, whether it’s for a pickup at your home or the airport. To ensure this, we may forego other potential bookings or reassign work to accommodate your reservation. This commitment means we incur costs for maintaining a reserved vehicle and driver, especially when cancellations occur on short notice.

Importance of Accurate Scheduling

Our drivers and vehicles are allocated based on precise scheduling. When a reservation is canceled at the last minute or if a passenger does not show up, we face operational costs and time investments despite no service being rendered.

Reservation Confirmations and Accuracy

To assist in avoiding errors, we send a reminder email at least 24 hours before your reservation. It is essential that you review this confirmation email to verify that all details are correct. As part of our booking agreement, you acknowledge the responsibility to check your reservation details carefully.

Responsibility for Reservation Errors

Incorrect Date/Time: If a booking is made for the wrong date or time, this is not considered an error on our part.

Wrong Vehicle Selection: Selecting the incorrect vehicle type is the responsibility of the customer, despite the clear instructions provided.
Flight Information: Booking the wrong flight or flight time is not our responsibility.
Flight Cancellations: Should your flight be canceled, you are required to notify us via TEXT immediately. We will verify the cancellation and make necessary adjustments. If we do not receive a text, the vehicle will be sent to the scheduled pickup location.

Adjustments and Cancellations

Reduction in Service or Vehicle Size: Any reduction in service hours or changes in vehicle size with less than 12 hours’ notice will be considered a partial cancellation. For instance, if you initially book 3 hours of service, the vehicle and driver are reserved for that entire duration. Any changes or extensions are subject to availability, especially during high demand periods.

Unforeseen Circumstances: In cases of severe weather, heavy traffic, accidents, or breakdowns, we will do our best to inform you and arrange alternative transportation if possible. While we aim to provide the highest level of service, unexpected events may impact our ability to fulfill reservations as planned.

Cancellation Policy:

To cancel or request changes to your reservation, please follow these steps:

Text Us: Send a text to 902-399-6667  with your First and Last name, your reservation number and details of the requested changes. If texting is not possible, please call us directly on the same number.

Cancellation Confirmation: Your reservation will only be considered canceled once we have reviewed your message and sent you a cancellation notice. Until you receive this notice, your reservation remains active.

Cancellation Fees and Refunds

Cancellation Fees: Cancellations made within the specified timelines will incur fees to cover our operational costs and any losses. Fees are based on the total reservation amount and any additional wait time for the driver.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for cancellations made with less than the required notice are at the discretion of our management. The minimum no-show cancellation fees are calculated based on the total reservation cost and driver wait time.

Changes to Reservation

No Changes After Deadline: Once the cancellation period has passed, reductions in the reserved hourly time or changes in vehicle size are not permitted.

Flight Changes: A missed or changed flight is considered a late cancellation unless rebooked within 12 hours. Rebooked flights may incur short-notice fees.

Investigations and Charges

No-Show and Late Cancellations: All no-shows and late cancellations are reviewed to understand the circumstances. Charges for unused services may apply based on the findings of the investigation.

Schedule Changes: Any changes or delays made within 4 hours of the scheduled pickup time will incur hourly charges from the original pickup time. If a vehicle is already scheduled for another service and we need to dispatch a different one for your new pickup time, the original reservation will be canceled with applicable charges, and a new reservation will be created for the replacement vehicle.

At Dream Ride Limo, we understand that plans can change. Below are the details regarding our cancellation fees based on the timing of your cancellation:

Cancellation within 48 Hours: No Fee: If you cancel your reservation more than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will not incur any cancellation fees.

Cancellation between 24 and 48 Hours: If you cancel your reservation between 24 and 48 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, a cancellation fee of 15% of the total estimated charges (including tax and gratuity) will be applied.

Cancellation between 12 and 24 Hours: Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the pickup time will incur a fee of 35% of the total estimated charges (including tax and gratuity).

Cancellation between 6 and 12 Hours: If you cancel your reservation between 6 and 12 hours before the scheduled pickup time, you will be charged 50% of the total estimated charges (including tax and gratuity).

Cancellation within 6 Hours: Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not be eligible for a refund. Full charges will apply.

Flight Cancellations: If your cancellation is due to a flight cancellation, you will not incur cancellation fees, provided we confirm the flight cancellation with the airline. Please notify us as soon as possible with your flight cancellation details so we can adjust your reservation accordingly.

Extra Stop Policy
Adding Extra Stops

If you require an additional stop during your reservation, please ensure it is included at the time of booking. Our online booking system allows you to specify any extra stops when you initially book your service.

Additional Charges

Fee Per Stop: An additional charge of $20 per stop will be applied for each extra stop requested. This fee helps cover the additional time and resources needed to accommodate your request.

Booking Instructions

To ensure that your additional stops are properly arranged and charged:

Include Stops at Booking: When making your reservation through our online booking system, please add all required stops at the time of booking. This allows us to schedule accordingly and avoid any inconvenience.

Modification After Booking

Changes: If you need to add an extra stop after your initial booking, please contact us as soon as possible to update your reservation and adjust the charges accordingly via texting Dream Ride Limo phone (902)399-6667.

Vehicle Substitution

If you originally requested a sedan, we may provide an SUV at no additional charge based on availability. Conversely, if you specifically requested an SUV, we cannot accommodate a downgrade to a sedan with less than 24 hours’ notice. This policy ensures we can effectively manage our vehicle and driver schedules to meet customer needs.

Transparent Pricing

At Dream Ride Limo, we are committed to providing clear and transparent pricing for our services. Here’s how our rates and charges are presented:

Pre-Tax and Gratuity Rates: The rates displayed next to each vehicle class on our website reflect the base price before tax and gratuity.

Estimated Total Charges: To ensure you know exactly what to expect, we include the estimated total cost on the left side of the website. This column shows the full price, which includes a 15% tax and an 18% gratuity.

No Hidden Fees: Our pricing structure is designed to be straightforward, with no hidden fees. The estimated charges displayed are the total amount that will be billed to your credit card, giving you a clear view of the costs involved.

By providing both the base rate and the estimated total charges, we aim to make your booking experience as transparent and hassle-free as possible. If you have any questions about our rates or billing, please feel free to contact us for clarification.

Flight Arrival Adjustment

For airport pickup bookings, please note that the pickup time you provide will be automatically adjusted to align with your flight’s arrival.

Meet & Greet Service

If you request the driver to meet you inside the airport, an additional fee of $20 will be added to your reservation for this Meet & Greet service.

Flight Number Accuracy

It’s essential to provide the correct Halifax arrival flight number for accurate monitoring. Note that your departure flight number may differ from your arrival flight number. If we don’t have your correct arrival flight number, we will arrive at the airport based on the default time you provided at booking which may occur an additional waiting fee to be added to your booking estimated total.

Wait Time Charges

If your flight is delayed and our driver has to wait more than 30 minutes beyond the scheduled arrival time, wait time charges will apply. To avoid additional fees, ensure that we have the correct arrival flight number by checking your flight itinerary and updating us if there are any changes.

Extended Wait Times

We understand that retrieving luggage or handling other post-flight matters may take time. However, if you experience delays such as lost luggage, extended customs procedures, or other issues, please notify the driver using the contact number provided in your automated text message. Additional charges ($1 per minute) may apply if wait times exceed the following:

Domestic Flights: Up to 30 minutes

US & International Flights: Up to 45 minutes

Ensuring Accurate Flight Information

It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct flight number to ensure we can track your flight and have a driver ready at the airport upon your arrival. While we monitor flight statuses and are aware of any delays, you must inform us promptly if you miss your flight or if there are changes to your flight number. Failure to notify us in a timely manner may result in cancellation charges equivalent to the total reservation amount.

Flight Number Changes

If your flight number changes, you need to let us know by texting Dream Ride Limo at (902)399-6667 as soon as possible. Our system will automatically adjust your pickup time to align with the new flight arrival, regardless of whether your flight is delayed or arrives early. Our drivers will track the updated flight information to meet your arrival.

Adjusting Pickup Times

If you prefer a pickup time that does not align with your flight’s arrival, please notify us in advance. This will allow us to adjust the reservation and bypass the automatic time adjustment to accommodate your preferred pickup time.

Short-Notice Cancellations

A change or missed flight is treated as a short-notice cancellation unless re-booked within 12 hours. Re-booked flights may incur short-notice fees if they significantly impact our driver’s schedule.

Flight Cancellations

If your flight is canceled, your car service will also be canceled. Please provide us with your new flight arrival number so we can reschedule your service accordingly.

Grace Period

For airport pickups, we offer a 45-minute grace period from the time your plane arrives at the gate before wait time charges are applied. This grace period starts from the gate arrival time, not from the scheduled arrival time.

No-Show Policy

To avoid being charged as a no-show, please ensure you contact Dream Ride Limo before leaving your pickup location. We are available 24/7 via phone or text. If you encounter any difficulty finding your driver, reach out to us immediately at 902-399-6667.

We also strive to prevent scheduling errors by sending a trip reservation confirmation to each client prior to their scheduled pickup.

A reservation will be classified as a “No-Show” if the passenger is unreachable or cannot be located within one hour of the scheduled airport pickup time (starting from the plane’s landing) or within 20 minutes at other pickup locations. In such cases, the full fare, including gratuities, will be charged, regardless of the circumstances.
